About Cedarwood French polishing services
We are a small family-run business in the North West, specialising in traditional French polishing and modern wood finishes. Our master craftsmen have over 35 years of experience working with traditional antique furniture.
French polishing services and restoration projects
We have worked on domestic and commercial antique furniture and restoration projects. Our clients include Radisson RED Liverpool, Titanic Hotel, BBC, ITV, and the Walker Art Gallery.
Working on restoration projects on and off-site in historical buildings, such as Liverpool's India Buildings, Mersey Chambers, Martins Bank, Hungarian Embassy and Princess Road Synagogue. We are passionate about restoring wood and retaining original features, including handrails, staircases, wooden paneling and wooden doors to their former glory.

Domestic and private work
We have many years experience working with domestic clients including minor cosmetic repairs to staircases, wooden doors, wooden kitchen tops and units. This also includes restoring dining tables, dressing tables and any other wooden furniture.
